HART RANCH

I-76 North (from Denver) Exit 48 Roggen, Turn south go 50ft to Business District/Frontage Road (look for MHWC sign) go east 1.5m to R75 ½, turn south cross railroad tracks and take first road east paralleling railroad tracks go 2 ½ miles to FT entrance. Turn south go to power lines.

This Field Trial is held under the rules and regulations of the

AMERICAN KENNEL CLUB.

AKC approved tracking collars will be permitted in all stakes.

Entries are limited to the Number of Dogs that can be Judged during all Available Daylight Hours.

STAKES ARE OPEN TO ALL REGISTABLE AKC POINTING BREEDS

COURSES AND BIRDS

Open Puppy and Amateur Walking Puppy to be run on single course with no birds released. All other stakes single course with quail/chukars/pheasants.

No firing of guns in Puppy Stakes.

Shotguns with blank shells permitted.

Bitches in season may not compete in this trial.

Horseback handling permitted in all stakes except walking stakes.

PRIZES

Trophies for first place and Rosettes for 1st – 4th placements in all stakes.

MHWC invites you to join our annual spring Field Trial. This years event will be held at the Hart Ranch in Roggen. Please bring your own water for yourself, your dog(s) and horse(s). Breakfast and lunch will be served daily. A donation of $4.00 per adult/ $2.00 per child is appreciated.

Please be aware we are guests of the Hart Ranch which are private grounds. Please help keep the area clean and fill in any holes created by your dogs or horses. There is to be no training prior to the event.
